Georgie story continues and we learn what really happened to her computer security business when her old business partner comes to Pine Ridge to work with a retired Microsoft engineer who is building a castle complete with a moat. While Georgia is working in the trench she hears a familiar voice from the past, she knows her secrets are coming back to haunt her. Things get worse when the former business partner turns up dead the next morning face down in the rain filled trench. Of course, Georgie becomes the number one suspect because she the only one in town who really knows him. Georgia becomes entrenched in the case to find the real murderer, but who hated this man more than she did.

Many of you probably don't know that I once gave up my job as an office manager to work on a construction crew with my husband and some friends. So I loved these stories!!! I started reading them and couldn't put them down. They are well written, the characters are wonderful, the plots kept me guessing, and the humor content was perfect. I cannot wait for the next installation.
